Townsidetravels acts as a travel agent and consultant, arranging Umrah packages, visa applications, hotel stays, and ground transport on your behalf with airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and transport operators. Some services — such as visa approval — depend on decisions made by third parties (including Saudi immigration authorities) that are outside our control. We will act diligently on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or timing of a visa or booking decision made by a third party.

• A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required payment or deposit and issued a confirmation.
• Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change until a booking is confirmed, due to factors such as currency fluctuation, airline or hotel pricing changes, or seasonal (peak) pricing.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal, travel, and passport details. We are not responsible for costs arising from information you provide incorrectly.
• Payments are processed through our payment partners; by paying, you also agree to their applicable terms.

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service — visa application fees, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and transport bookings each carry different supplier policies, which we will share with you at the time of booking or on request. Full details, including how and when refunds are paid, are set out in our Refund Policy. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking — we will do what we can to minimize any loss.

If you have a billing question or believe you were charged in error, contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer — most issues are resolved faster this way. See our Chargeback Policy for how payment disputes are handled.

• Ensure your passport is valid for the required period and that you meet the eligibility requirements for the visa or service you are applying for.
• Provide complete and accurate documents on time — delays in providing documents can affect visa processing or booking timelines.
• Follow the conduct, dress, and entry requirements of Saudi Arabia (or any other destination) during your trip.
• Arrange your own travel insurance and any medical requirements unless this is explicitly included in your package.

We arrange services on your behalf but are not the operator of flights, hotels, or transport, and we do not control decisions made by visa authorities. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural events, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure). Where we are found liable for a failure on our part, our liability is limited to the value of the specific service you paid us for.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Townsidetravels or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. Terms that applied to a booking already confirmed will continue to govern that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
